Cooking Instructions
Steam: Put frozen gyoza in a steamer. Steam the gyoza for 6-7 minutes.
Pan Steam: Preheat one spoon of oil in a non-stick pan. Place the frozen gyoza on the pan allowing space between each piece. Sizzle for approx. 2 minutes until the bottom of the gyoza is slightly charred. While the pan is hot, add 100ml water in the pan (caution: oil may splash). Cover the pan and cook for approx. 5 minutes until the water has evaporated. Gently remove the gyoza and serve immediately.
