Steam: Place the frozen gyoza in a steamer. Steam for 6-7 minutes until core temperature is above 60°C.
Pan fry: preheat one spoon of oil in a non stick pan. Place the frozen gyoza on the pan allowing space between each piece. Sizzle for approx. 2 minutes until the botten of the gyoza is slighly charred. While the pan is hot, add 100 ml water in the pan (caution: oil may splash). cover the pan and cook for approx. 5 minutes until the water has evaporated. Gently remove the gyoza and serve immediately.
Steam & Fry: Steam the gyoza in a steamer for 3 minutes. Finish the cooking by frying in a frying pan at 140-150°C until the gyoza just begin to turn a golden brown.
