Our Chicken ‘N’ Paprika Skewers are a zingy, chargrilled snack to suit all kinds of occasions. Paprika and chicken is always a winning combination, and this is a product that everyone will love.
Inspired by Indian and South Asian cuisine, the skewers combine succulent chicken with a range of authentic herbs and spices, including both red and green paprika, cumin, ginger, coriander, citronella and more. This premium mixture gives every bite an exciting and delicious kick, without being too spicy.
They’re extremely easy to prepare, either in the oven, microwave or grill, and because they’re pre-chargrilled, they have an authentic smokey charcoal taste without you having to prepare them on an open fire.
With each skewer weighing 20g, these are the perfect snack food, well-suited to caterers, food trucks, restaurants, lunchrooms, and any hospitality venues. The fact that each portion is on an individual wooden skewer makes this great finger food. People can add them to mixed plates, each them as a side dish, or enjoy them on the go as a quick, flavour-packed snack.

Preparation Instructions & Basic Ingredients
Oven Bake: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the frozen skewers from their packaging and spread evenly on a baking tray. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure thorough cooking.
Grill: Preheat the grill to a medium heat. Remove the frozen skewers from their packaging and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning halfway through to ensure thorough cooking.
Microwave: Heat the frozen skewers at 750W for 3-4 minutes
Chicken, water, red paprika, green paprika, onion, tandoori seasoning [spices (chilli, garlic, onion, cumin, white pepper, black pepper, ginger, coriander, fennel, citronella, turmeric, zanthoxylum), cornstarch, salt, sugar, modified tapioca starch, SOY protein, glucose, SOY oil, thickener (carrageenan), natural colour (paprika extract, carotenes)], modified tapioca starch, sugar, salt, acidity regulator (trisodium citrate, sodium carbonate), garlic powder.
