Deep Fry: preheat the oil to 170oC. Fry the items for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Shrimp , pastry [ from wheat flour], vermicelli, red bell pepper, spring onion, sugar,potato starch, spices, etc.

Store at -18°C
No need to defrost
For best results, cook from frozen. If defrosted, do not refreeze.
