The OrienBites Torpedo Shrimp are a simple yet delicious Oriental snack, made in the traditional Japanese way. They consist of meaty shrimp coated in a crunchy batter to provide an authentic Ebi Fry-style product that will be wildly popular at any event. Each portion is an easily-manageable 22g, and they can be prepared in just a few minutes by either deep frying or oven baking. The fact that the shrimp are bakeable makes them extremely convenient for chefs, who can simply place them into the oven and set a timer without having to watch over them, helping to save money on personnel costs.
The Torpedo Shrimp have a mild flavour, so are versatile to match all tastes, and all ingredients are certified by our Clean Label promise. We also don’t use water-soaked shrimp to increase weight, as many similar products do, and our product is less oily, so a more health-conscious choice.

Preparation Instructions & Basic Ingredients
Deep Fry: Preheat the oil to 170°C. Fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Oven Bake: Preheat the oven to 220°C. Evenly spread the items on a baking tray and cook for 13 minutes or until golden brown.
