The Japanese took inspiration from this and modified the recipe over time, resulting in the modern Gyoza, which is now a trend in Europe.
  • Our Chicken Gyoza are made in the traditional way, resulting in an authentic Japanese style product. The hand-made pasta casings are individually stuffed with a flavour-packed halal mix of chicken and various Asian vegetables and spices such as cabbage, onion, chives and more.

  1. -Steam: Place frozen gyoza in a steamer. Steam for 6-7 minutes.
  2. -Pan Steamer: Preheat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan. Place the frozen gyoza on the pan, leaving a little space between each piece. Cook for about 2 minutes, until the bottom of the gyoza is slightly charred. While the pan is hot, add 100ml water (be careful, the oil may splatter). Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until the water has evaporated. Carefully remove the gyoza and serve immediately.
