-Steam: Place frozen gyoza in a steamer. Steam for 6-7 minutes.
-Pan Steamer: Preheat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan. Place the frozen gyoza on the pan, leaving a little space between each piece. Cook for about 2 minutes, until the bottom of the gyoza is slightly charred. While the pan is hot, add 100ml water (be careful, the oil may splatter). Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, until the water has evaporated. Carefully remove the gyoza and serve immediately.
