-Pan Steamer: Preheat a tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan. Arrange the frozen gyoza on the pan, leaving space between each piece. Sizzle for about 2 minutes until the bottom of the gyoza is slightly charred. While the pan is hot, add 100ml of water to the pan (be careful, the oil may splatter). Cover the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until the water has evaporated.
