Cooking Details

Steam: Put baozi in a steamer. Steam for 7-9 minutes until core temperature is above 60℃.
Microwave: Microwave at 800 W for 3 minutes.

Pastry [from wheat flour], chicken 19%,
shallot, carrot, Chinese cabbage, onion, bean vermicelli , wood ear, vegetable oils,
shiitake mushroom, basil, ginger, soy sauce , salt, tapioca starch, pepper, etc.
Allergens: SOY, WHEAT, SESAME

Store at -18°C
No need to defrost
For best results, cook from frozen. If defrosted, do not refreeze.
