Oven Bake: Preheat the oven to 180oC. Place the items evenly on the baking tray and bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Deep fried: Preheat the oil to 170oC. Fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Sauce: Defrost in warm water about 2 mins.

SHRIMP(37%) [SHRIMP, water, stabilizer (sodium bicarbonate), salt], batter [water, modified corn starch, salt, thickener (xanthan gum)], bubble {water, batter powder [WHEAT flour, corn starch, corn flour, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate, calcium carbonate, mono calcium phosphate), salt, spices (garlic, onion),
dextrose], WHEAT flour, rice flour, baking powder (tapioca starch, sodium bicarbonate, disodium diphosphate, mono calcium phosphate)}, predust (tapioca starch, salt), vegetable oil (SOYbean). Sweet chilli sauce: sugar, maltose syrup, water, garlic, modified corn starch, red chilli, salt, acidity regulator (acetic acid, citric acid), natural colour (paprika extract).
