Our Dim Sum Retail Pack provides buyers with a specially-selected mixture of three of our best Dim Sum styles, all in one handy box. Each pack contains Cantonese-style options of Yellow Hakao with shrimp and turmeric colouring, Red Siomay with shrimp and red beet colouring, and Vegetarian Green Gyoza with chive colouring.
Soy sauce sachets included in the retail pack.

Our version of the classic Chinese dish, these Dim Sum come in snack-sized portions bursting with authentic Cantonese flavours. Their size makes them perfect for dinner parties, sharing platters, side dishes, and appetisers.

Every ingredient we use is covered by our Clean Label promise, so we don’t use any artificial colours or flavours. This smaller pack is specially-designed for supermarkets and other food shops.

Preparation Instructions & Basic Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

Steam: Put the frozen dim sum into your steamer. Steam for 6-7 minutes until the core temperature is above 60°C.

Pan Fry: Preheat the oil to 140-150°C in a frying pan. Add the frozen dim sum and spread evenly. Fry until the bottom of the dim sum is slightly charred. While the pan is hot, add 100ml water (caution: oil may splash). Cover the pan and cook until the water has evaporated completely. Gently remove the dim sum and serve immediately.

Microwave: Remove the items from the box and place them (still inside the sealed bag) into the microwave. Cook for 3 minutes at 700W. Then leave the product for 2 minutes at ambient temperature without opening the bag before serving.

Soy sauce: Place the frozen sauce sachet in a cup of hot water and defrost as the snacks are in cooking.
