    OrienBites’s delicious Mini Yakitori – Tandoori offers the authentic taste of India in just one bite. Available in mini sizes, these yakitori skewers will be the perfect party snacks or the centrepiece on a sharing platter.

    The word ‘Tandoor’ means ‘Clay Oven’, reflecting the traditional Indian cooking method of the food. We stick to the traditions with our Tandoori Skewers by baking them in a clay oven with charcoal, meaning they simply need to be heated in a few minutes to achieve an authentic Tandoori taste.

    Each skewer is made of high-quality chicken marinated in typical Tandoori-style spices, including coriander, cumin, garlic, thyme, and more. This mixture of flavours creates a complex and rich taste that leaves you wanting for more.

    With each portion weighing in at a convenient single-portion size of 20g, the skewers can easily be mixed up on a sharing platter and used by caterers, hospitality businesses, school cafeterias, and any catered events.

    Cooking Details
    Microwave: Heat at 750W for 3-4 minutes.
    Oven bake: Preheat oven to 175 oC. Cook for 11-12 minutes.
