Pierce the bag and thaw the unopened bag by leaving at ambient temperature (approximately 20°C) for 2-3 hours.

Ingredients

1. Nigiri with shrimp – ingredients: cooked rice [water, Japanese rice, rice vinegar, humectant (trehalose), sugar, salt, rice bran oil, emulsifier (SOY powder)], shrimp (cooked SHRIMP, water, salt), seaweed.

2. Nigiri with raw salmon – ingredients: cooked rice [water, Japanese rice, rice vinegar, humectant (trehalose), sugar, salt, rice bran oil, emulsifier (SOY powder)], salmon (FISH).

3. Maki with avocado and carrot – ingredients: cooked rice [water, Japanese rice, rice vinegar, humectant (trehalose), sugar, salt, rice bran oil, emulsifier (SOY powder)], avocado [avocado, water, humectants (trehalose), antioxidant (sodium ascorbate, sodium carbonate)], carrot, seaweed.

4. Maki with smoked salmon – ingredients: cooked rice [water, Japanese rice, rice vinegar, humectant (trehalose), sugar, salt, rice bran oil, emulsifier (SOY powder)], smoked salmon [salmon (FISH), salt, sugar, natural smoke], seaweed.

5. Maki with vegetables – ingredients: cooked rice [water, Japanese rice, rice vinegar, humectant (trehalose), sugar, salt, rice bran oil, emulsifier (SOY powder)], paprika, asparagus [asparagus, water, firming (calcium lactate)], carrot, seaweed.
