Pierce the bag and thaw unopened bag, leave the product at ambient temperature at 20oC for 3 hours.

Cooked rice, soy powder, rice bran oi, smoked salmon, avocado, cream cheese 3% , black sesame, seaweed, etc.

No need to defrost
