Cooking Instructions

Deep Fry: Preheat the oil to 170°C. Fry the spring rolls for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.

Oven Bake: Preheat the oven to 240°C. Spread the items evenly on baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

Sauce Defrost: Place the frozen sauce sachet in a cup of hot water and defrost while the spring rolls are cooking.


1. Spring roll: Pastry [WHEAT flour, vegetable oil (rapeseed), water, salt], cabbage, carrot, Chinese chives, sugar, salt, chilli, garlic, ginger, pepper.

2. Sweet chilli dip: sugar, water, vinegar, chilli, modified starch, garlic, salt, thickener (xanthan gum), natural colour (paprika extract)
