Deep Fry: Preheat the oil to 170°C. Fry the samosas for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
Oven Bake: Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6. Remove the samosas from packaging and place them evenly on a baking tray. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, turning halfway through.
