Preparation Instructions & Basic Ingredients
Pan Steam: Heat a spoonful of cooking oil in a non-stick pan. Place the
frozen gyoza on the pan, allowing space between each piece. Cook for
approx. 3 minutes until the bottom of the gyoza get slightly charred. While
the pan is hot, add 100ml water in the pan (caution: oil may splash). Cover
the pan and cook for approx. 5 minutes until the water has evaporated.
Gently remove the gyoza and serve immediately.
Steam: Put frozen
gyoza in a steamer. Steam the gyoza for 6-7 minutes.
Vegetable 55%, WHEAT flour, water,
vegetable oil (palm, SESAME), vermicelli, sugar, wood ear, tapioca starch, salt, white pepper, etc.

Store at -18°C
No need to defrost
For best results, cook from frozen. If defrosted, do not refreeze.
