Décongélation:
Laisser le sachet, fermé et non-percé, dégeler à temperature ambiante (20°C) pendant 2 à 3 heures.

2.Temari with smoked salmon-Ingredients: Cooked rice [water, Japanese rice, jasmine rice vinegar, humectant (trehalose), sugar, salt, rice bran oil, emulsifier (SOY powder)], smoked salmon [salmon (FISH), salt, sugar, natural smoke], asparagus [asparagus, water, firming (calcium lactate)], paprika.
3. Nigiri with shrimp: Ingredients: Cooked rice [water, Japanese rice, jasmine rice vinegar, humectant (trehalose), sugar, salt, rice bran oil, emulsifier (SOY powder)], shrimp (cooked SHRIMP, water, salt), seaweed.
4. Nigiri with raw salmon-Ingredients: Cooked rice [water, Japanese rice, jasmine rice vinegar, humectant (trehalose), sugar, salt, rice bran oil, emulsifier (SOY powder)], salmon (FISH).
5. Square maki with capelin roe, paprika and avocado- Ingredients: Cooked rice [water, Japanese rice, jasmine rice vinegar, humectant (trehalose), sugar, salt, rice bran oil, emulsifier (SOY powder)], capelin roe [roe (FISH), water, fructose, salt, natural color (carotene)], paprika, avocado [avocado, water, humectant (trehalose), antioxidants (sodium ascorbate, sodium carbonate)], seaweed.
